Service Scope: We provide document processing, verification, and government-related clearing services. We act as an intermediary between the client and relevant authorities.

Accuracy of Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and legal documentation. Boltra is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the client.

Privacy: We prioritize the confidentiality of your sensitive documents. Your data is used strictly for the purpose of the requested clearing service.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Given the nature of government fees and administrative services, our policy is as follows:

Service Fees: Our professional service fees are refundable only if the cancellation request is received before any administrative work or submission has commenced.

Government Fees: Once government or third-party fees (Visa fees, Tasheel, Amer, etc.) have been paid or processed, they are non-refundable as per UAE government regulations.

Processing Time: Refunds (where applicable) will be processed via the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days.

3. Warranty & Service Guarantee
In the document clearing industry, a “warranty” typically functions as a Service Level Agreement (SLA):

Accuracy Guarantee: We warrant that all documents will be processed according to the specific requirements of the relevant Dubai authorities.

Correction: If an error occurs due to an oversight by Boltra Documents Clearing, we will rectify the document and resubmit it at no additional professional cost to the client.

Exclusions: We do not warrant or guarantee the approval of any application by government entities, as final approval rests solely with the respective authorities (e.g., GDRFA, MOHRE).

4. Delivery & Document Handling Policy
We ensure the safe transit of your important legal papers.

Digital Delivery: Completed electronic documents (e-visas, permits) will be sent via the registered email: zanfaw197@gmail.com or the client’s provided email.

Physical Delivery: For original passports or hard-copy certificates:

In-Office: Clients can collect documents from our office at Citadel Tower, Business Bay, Dubai.

Courier: We can arrange delivery via professional couriers. While we ensure secure packaging, Boltra is not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party courier services.

Processing Timelines: While we strive for speed, “delivery” times are subject to government processing windows and public holidays in the UAE.
